  • No. Benefitly is entirely free for employees. Employers or brokers pay the platform fee; employees get unlimited access to the Q&A navigator and benefits library at no cost.

  • Each employer you manage is one group. A 50-person employer and a 200-person employer each count as one group in your tier.

  • Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

  • Yes. Benefitly uses end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and privacy precautions with all enterprise and agency customers. We do not sell or share your data.

  • Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to month-to-month pricing. All annual plans are billed upfront.

  • Benefitly can ingest standard PDF benefits booklets, SBCs, and carrier plan documents from all US carriers.
